The very best ducks sourced from Silver Hill Farm in Co. Monaghan are roasted slowly over wood from fruit trees in the specially designed duck-roasting oven, before being expertly carved and presented to you with all the trimmings to enjoy. This is the most succulent duck with the crispiest skin, and absolutely not to be missed on any visit to Mama Yo!
