We may also retain data from 3rd parties such as previous employers in the context of reference checking.

Your data is collected by various means including through: Direct interactions; you may give us your personal details, contact and curriculum vitae data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us through post, email, phone or in person. This includes personal data collection when you apply directly to us through our website, through 3rd party websites such as Jobbio, or via social media platforms such as linkedin.

Purpose it is being used/held for:

Your data is being retained as you have previously applied for a position, enquired about or liaised with Press Up Hospitality Group regarding seeking employment within the company. If your application is unsuccessful at that time, we may keep your details on file for any alternative opportunities; current or future, within Press Up Hospitality Group. Should a suitable position become available that matches your skill set, we will then contact you.

Period your data will be held:

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary. We will retain your data for a period of 12 months. Should any contact be made between yourself and Press Up Hospitality Group during that period, your data may be kept on file for an extended period of time unless otherwise advised by you.

Where your data is stored and who has access:

Your data is stored within our secure email filing system and maybe shared with a hiring Manager within the Press Up Hospitality Group. We will screen your application for all positions suitable, regardless of whether you have applied for only one position or applied with us in general. The Human Resources Team have access to the database.
