About Mama Yo’s

Mama Yo is a brand-new Chinese restaurant in Dublin 2, located on Camden St in Dublin City Centre.

Mama Yo will serve up contemporary Chinese food, great cocktails and warm and welcoming hospitality in a beautifully designed space.

Opening Hours

Lunch: Friday – Sunday 12pm – 3pm

Dinner: Monday – Sunday 5pm – late

Food

Mama Yo blends traditional Chinese recipes with a contemporary twist, whilst being respectful of the traditional techniques, flavours, and rich history associated with such a diverse cuisine. With an extensive menu covering dim sum style small plates, whole barbeque duck, and an array of mains and sides, come prepared to make some tough choices. We have designed the menu with sharing in mind, and we recommend getting a gang together and trying all that Mama Yo has to offer.

The kitchen team is led by Head Chef Daming Lu, who brings a wealth of experience from kitchens across Ireland and China. Daming is supported by Chef Huimin Guan, who oversees the roasting process of the signature Barbeque Duck, a craft he has perfected over many years in speciality duck restaurants in Hong Kong.

Our Suppliers

We are proud to work with the very best suppliers to bring the Mama Yo menu to life. Our ducks are a speciality breed sourced from Silver Hill Duck in County Monaghan, known as one of the best in the world for quality duck. Ingredients are sourced from many great suppliers including Nick’s Fish, Redmond Fine Foods, Asian Markets, and Keelings.
